League Format & Grouping

• Rating-Based Divisions: Pairs are placed into boxes strictly based on their current Playtomic rating to ensure balanced, competitive matches.*

• Duration & Fixtures: Leagues run for approximately 6 weeks, with each pair scheduled to play 3–4 matches (final schedule depends on total entries).

• Flexible Venues: Matches can be arranged and played at either Cross Court Padel Poole or Cross Court Padel Bournemouth, giving pairs flexibility to book whichever venue is most convenient.

Entry Fees & Court Booking

• Entry Fee Breakdown: The registration fee is per player, it includes a small league admin fee, with the remainder credited directly to your Playtomic wallet to put towards your match court bookings.

• Pairs: To secure entry, both players must register. Enter the name of your partner at checkout

• Scheduling: Players are responsible for contacting opponents in their box to agree on a date, time, and preferred venue, then booking the court via Playtomic. Contact details of the pairs within your group will be provided.

Prizes & Sponsorship

• Prizes: This edition of the league is proudly sponsored by the Fired Up Collective. To add to the competition, the winning pair of each box league will take home a £150 voucher (£75 per player) which can be use in their venues!

Match Rules & Scoring

• Match Duration: All matches must be booked for 1.5 hours (90 minutes).*

• Match Format: Best of 3 full sets.

• Game Scoring: Standard scoring applies throughout, including traditional deuce and advantage (no golden point).

• Set Scoring: Standard 6-game sets (must win by 2 clear games, e.g., 6–4, 7–5).

• Tie-Breaks: If the score reaches 6–6 in any set, play a standard 7-point tie-break (first to 7 points, leading by a 2-point margin).

Match Results & Submission

• Submitting Scores: The winning pair is responsible for submitting the final set scores via email immediately after the fixture concludes. With a screenshot sent of the playtomic game and score entered.

• Unfinished Matches: If time expires before completing the third set, the pair leading by at least two clear games takes the set; otherwise, recorded points/games up to the bell will determine the outcome.
